Talks of wisdom : Ted Talks

Great ideas are the sources behind new ideas - but where do you get all these ideas for a new idea ?

I was always fascinated by the Great People, their visions and ideas. I know that it is very easy to find ideas and thoughts of great people in this era of technology, however when I started watching the Ted Talks, I realized that it became more easier to listen to great thoughts broadcasted from a single point. After a few weeks after I started watching Ted Talks they became the source Inspiration & Motivation for me. Later I have given these Videos to a few of my friends who were depressed and demotivated, I found an amazing change in them. They are active happy and confident now that they think they need to do something and they can do something. Jai Ho Ted.

TED (Technology, Entertainment, Design) is an annual conference that defines its mission as "ideas worth spreading". The lectures, also called TED Talks, cover a broad set of topics including science, arts and design, politics, education, culture, business, global issues, technology and development, and entertainment. Speakers have included such people as former U.S. President Bill Clinton, Nobel laureates James D. Watson, Murray Gell-Mann, and Al Gore, Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, Google co-founders Sergey Brin and Larry Page, and Billy Graham.

The annual conferences bring together the world's most fascinating thinkers and doers, who are challenged to give the talk of their lives in 18 minutes. The best talks and performances from Ted and partners are made available to the world through Ted.com, for free (all the videos are published under creative commons lisence).

Hope you all will enjoy the talks.
